For the first two years, you’ll be a Management Trainee and,
thereafter, provided you have what it takes, you will become a Sompo
Professional. The stronger your performance and potential, the faster
you will progress on our Management Trainee Programme. We

• A bachelor's degree holder in any discipline
• 2023 graduates or with a maximum of 2 years of working experience
• Passion to pursue a career in insurance sector

• Possess strong analytical and communication skills
• Self-motivated with proactive mindset
