E-Marine Platform Terms of Use 

1. The E-Marine platform is provided to you by Sompo Insurance (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. (“We”, “Our” or the “Company”) and Merimen. You agree to adopt this platform according to the Our Terms of Use and Merimen’s TOS and we may update it from time to time without advance notice to you.
   
   
2. You agree to keep the userID and password as confidential and will not disclose to any unauthorized personnel.
   
   
3. You agree to indemnify the Company if there is any liability, damage or loss caused to the Company due to the improper use of the platform or negligence by you.
   
   
4. You agree to log out the session once finish and not to leave the session unattended at any time.
